证监会重处罚2名会计师，大信会计所被罚240万

站长之家(ChinaZ.com) 4月24日消息:今日，证监会表示，上市公司真实、准确、完整、及时的披露信息是证券市场健康有序运行的重要基础。财务造假严重挑战信息披露制度的严肃性，严重毁坏市场诚信基础，严重破坏市场信心，严重损害投资者利益，是证券市场“毒瘤”，必须坚决从严从重打击。

证监会公布数据称， 2019 年以来，证监会立足于提升上市公司质量的总体目标和服务实体经济的工作要求，强化协同，严格标准，优化机制，严厉打击上市公司财务造假，已累计对 22 家上市公司财务造假行为立案调查，对 18 起典型案件做出行政处罚，向公安机关移送财务造假涉嫌犯罪案件 6 起。
