很多人刚开始创业，资金不宽裕，办公楼的房租是主要成本之一，相比较办公楼来说，民宅或者居民楼的房租要便宜很多，那么除了办公楼，民宅或者居民楼可以成为公司注册地址吗？

一、公司法及公司登记管理相关规定，对公司住所地必须为商业性质没有规定，只是要求必须在登记机关的辖区范围内

二、但是物权法规定，业主不得违反法律法规、管理规约将住宅变更为经营性用房，如果需要变更的，应当符合法律、法规、规约以及有利害关系业主的同意

三、食物中，市场监督管理部门对民宅能否作为公司的住所地有地方性规定，但大部分是可以的，没有那么严格

四、要注意以下三点

1、需要提供房产证复印件或者产权相关证明

2、需要提供租赁合同或者租赁凭证

3、部分工商税务严格的地区还需提供租赁发票
