陈志斌，博士，教授，博士生导师，会计学博士后，曾任东南大学经济管理学院副院长、党委书记，现任东南大学社科处处长兼任财务与会计系主任，2014年入选全国会计领军人才特殊支持计划，2009年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才，2006年入选首期财政部会计学术领军人才，财政部管理会计咨询专家，财政部会计准则委员会咨询专家，中国注册会计师协会会计师事务所内部治理咨询专家，CGMA北亚100管理会计专家，中国会计学会高等工科分会副会长，中国会计学会政府会计专业委员会副主任委员等学术兼职。主要从事政府会计、内部控制、公司理财与管理会计等方面的研究，先后在《管理世界》《会计研究》《中国工业经济》等核心期刊发表学术论文数十篇，出版专著多部，多次主持国家自然科学基金等国家及省部级课题研究工作，为多家大型公司提供内部控制、财务诊断与制度建设、现金流管理与价值管理等方面的管理咨询，多次荣获江苏省政府哲学社会科学优秀研究成果奖。
