提醒！增值税税率调整，税控开票软件4月1日前须升级

由于增值税税率调整，河北省税务局近日提醒，为确保纳税人能够按照调整后的税率顺利开具发票，涉及按新税率开具发票的纳税人4月1日前要对增值税发票税控开票系统(以下简称“开票系统”)及相关系统进行升级。

开票系统升级包括金税盘版和税控盘版，升级方式分自动升级和手工升级两种。金税盘版自动升级，开票系统(金税盘版)在联网状态下登录后，软件自动进行升级。金税盘版手工升级，登录一诺云网(http://js.enuoyun.com/)下载中心下载，或通过一诺365平台下载中心下载。税控盘版自动升级，在联网状态下登录后，软件自动进行升级。税控盘版手工升级，登录河北九赋官网(http://he.baiwang.com.cn)下载中心下载后自行安装。
