根据 Snap 发给美国证券交易委员会的文件，该公司 CFO Tim Stone 计划离职“寻求其它机会”。Stone 于去年 5 月加入 Snap，此前在亚马逊工作了近 20 年。

Stone 的离职日期尚未确定，Snap 表示他将“继续担任首席财务官，协助寻找替代人选”。

为了减轻担忧，Snap 补充表示，该公司尚未公布的第 4 季度业绩，将“略高于之前报告的季度指导范围的最高点。”不过华尔街并不激动。在盘后交易中，Snap 股价下跌超过 8％。

Snap 近年来人员变动频繁。Snap 的首席战略官 Imran Khan 在去年 9 月表示他将离职。去年 11 月，为 Snap 效力 4 年多的内容副总裁 Nick Bell 也确认了离职的消息，社区负责人 Mary Ritti 也已在去年年底离职。该公司的硬件部门也是频繁更换负责人，半年先后上台 3 任。
