注销公司为什么一定要登报？

当某家公司不再运营后选择注销，根据我国最新《公司法》规定，当公司所属人注销公司申请开始后需要成立清算组，清算组应当成立之日起十日内通知公司债权人，并于六十日内在省级以上的报纸上公告，记住一定是要省级以上的，公司债权人应当在接到通知书之日起三十日内，未接到通知书的自注销公告之日起四十五日内向清算组申报债权，即公示主要是为了让公司的税务债权的清算，所以注销公司一定要登报。
