找代理公司注册商标需要注意什么？

4.身份证肯定是需要的，收回身份证复印件。

5.如是垫资成立的公司，公司成立后的注册资本是要还给注册公司的，所以要找一个有经验的会计进行建账，避免因资金抽逃而通不过工商年检
