办理个人所得税年度汇算，我可以撤销退税申请么?

答：在税务机关审核完成前，您可以撤销退税申请。如果税务机关审核通过已经提交国库部门的，不可以撤销申请，需办理更正申报。

此外，为了保障年度汇算正常秩序，我们在手机个人所得税APP中设定了可撤销次数的上限，如果您撤销退税申请的次数超过一定数量，系统将自动取消您的网络撤销权限，您需要到办税服务厅办理后续事宜。请您留意手机个人所得税APP中关于撤销申请的提示信息。

我取得了境外所得，是否可以通过网络方式办理申报？

答：可以。为进一步提升纳税人境外所得申报的便利性，2020年度汇算开放自然人电子税务局网页端(https://etax.chinatax.gov.cn)境外所得申报功能。您可通过自然人电子税务局网页端申报境外所得并上传境外纳税凭证。

我可以通过什么渠道下载官方个人所得税APP？

答：您可以登录国家税务总局官方网站，在网站右上角选择“个税APP”，通过扫码进行下载。您也可以在各大官方手机应用商城下载。
