代办英国公司注销需要哪些程序和条件？

英国公司申请注销的条件：

根据英国公司法规定，公司向公司注册处提出注销申请之前的三个月内，必须符合一定的条件，如：

1.没有更改公司名称；

2.没有任何的商业运作等；

3.注销前没有待处理的债务，或者其他需要处理的政府事宜；

4.注销前没有待处理的资产。

5.在英国公司注册处登报声明该公司注销的3个月之内，没有人提出反对，公司注册处知会公司其注销申请成功；

英国公司注销有两种途径：

1、英国公司到期了不去年审，放置6-9个年会自动注销。这种是属于被政府清盘，如果是被政府强制注销是会对董事信誉会有些影响
