注销公司的流程和所需要的材料

大众创业，在政府的扶持下，现在注册公司流程越来越便​‌‌捷，但往往有些企业经营不尽人意会走向衰落甚至倒闭，不了了之，今天萧尚企业管理就为大家带来一篇注销公司的基本流程。第一步需要成立清算组展开清算：接管公司财产、了结公司未了业务、收取债权、清理债务、等等之类的工作来把公司的账务都清算完成后才能开始注销

第二步需要登报，在公司清算期间就可以登报了 ，需要在当地工商认可的报纸进行登报，并公示45天

第三步注销社保核查是否有未缴清社保费用，然后注销公司社保账号

第四步注销税务需要查账本及最近三年的纳税申报表，所以从来没有记过账的公司也注销不掉，想注销的话，必须先补账，核查是否有未缴清税款或费用，然后注销公司的国、地税

第五步注销工商登报公示45天后在税务注销完成的前提下，可以去公司登记的工商局办理公司注销备案，注销公司营业执照

第六步注销银行，工商注销好后拿到工商给的注销单到公司的开户行注销公司的银行账户

第七步公安机关注销公司的备案印章
