大概前年我一个朋友注册了一个公司，当时他不想注册一人公司所以让我帮他挂了名，注册资本100万，认缴，我持20%股份，当然我没出钱。当时我对公司运营并不了解，想着就当帮朋友个忙，但前段时间我发现朋友以公司名义贷了不少钱，而公司发展也并不好。所以为了避免不必要的麻烦，我想把股权转移给他，请问我该怎么操作。希望各位前辈解答，在此谢过。注:我全程没有参与公司管理，贷款的事我也是事后才了解的，期间需要我签名和身份证明的地方，我都是直接把身份证寄给他的。

至本股权激励答：你好！办理股权转让需要公司股东签署股东会决议，并且去公司注册地的工商局办理变更手续（具体决议文件以及申请变更文件工商局都有格式文本）。办理时要由公司人员带着执照去办理，因此您需要催促朋友安排尽快安排办理股权变更。
