为深化“放管服”改革，提升服务质效，进一步提升车辆购置税纳税人车辆注册登记业务便利化，2019年6月1日起，税务机关不再打印和发放纸质车辆购置税完税证明，交通管理部门通过接收税务机关电子完税信息，为纳税人办理车辆注册登记。

提前张贴宣传告示，在车辆经销商微信群发布政策信息，告知广大纳税人完税证明电子化实施的相关情况和具体时间，扩大宣传力度。

第一时间与车管部门取得联系并建立业务工作群，进行工作上的交流和沟通。

车购税窗口集中开展培训，传达上级文件精神及工作要求，落实市局具体工作部署，开展新业务培训，制定系统更新后办税服务厅应急预案。由于前期准备工作充分细致，6月1日新政实施后，纳税人办税效率显著提高，纳税满意度和获得感进一步提升。
