据新华社报道，美国一项调查显示，当地46%的家庭在疫情期间面临严重的财务问题，其中31%的家庭用光或几乎用光了他们的储蓄。在年收入低于10万美元的家庭中，54%的家庭面临严重的财务问题。调查称，拉美裔、非裔和美国原住民家庭面临严重经济困难的比例分别为72%、60%和55%。相比之下，亚裔和白人家庭面临严重困难的分别为37%和36%。
