乐居财经讯徐迪5月3日晚间，保利置业（00119.HK）公告称，潘敏敏辞任公司董秘一职，5月6日起，由黄卓谦担任职公司秘书及上市规则项下该公司的授权代表。

公告显示，黄卓谦先生于2007年加入保利置业，现为公司副财务总监及集团财务部主管。持有香港大学颁发的社会科学学士学位。为英格兰及威尔斯特许会计师公会及英国特许公认会计师公会资深会员，香港会计师公会会员，在会计、审计、财务控制、合规及企业融资方面拥有丰富的工作经验。曾在国际会计师事务所拥有超过十年的工作经验，并曾于联交所上市的其他公司担任财务总监，公司秘书及授权代表。
