原来，武汉新科冶金设备制造有限公司是武汉化工区税务局辖区企业，主要从事机械及金属结构加工及销售，受新冠疫情影响面临着产品滞销的困难。该公司财务主管曾女士抱着试试看的心态，在征纳互动平台上留言，向武汉化工区税务局寻求帮助。

武汉化工区税务局复工复产工作小组注意到这一情况，立刻展开行动，运用“供应链查询系统”在全国范围内帮忙寻找对口的采购商。目前，在武汉化工区税务局的帮助下，武汉新科冶金设备制造有限公司已成功对接5家采购商，累计实现销售额174.66万元。

近来，武汉化工区税务局网络办税服务再升级，依托征纳互动平台，高效办理咨询业务，为纳税人答疑解惑、排忧解难。同时，该局充分挖掘征纳互动工作内涵，牢固树立“人人都是营商环境”的发展理念，形成定期回访工作机制，将回访信息反馈给政策部门，为优化营商环境提供重要成效反馈渠道。
