国家税务总局局长王军：要不折不扣落实减税降费政策

8月17日，国家税务总局党委书记、局长王军主持召开税务总局局长办公会议。

会议强调，今年后几个月税收工作任务艰巨繁重，各级税务部门要深入学习贯彻习近平总书记重要讲话和重要指示批示精神，坚决落实党中央、国务院决策部署，把全力服务好“六稳”“六保”作为重中之重，继续不折不扣落实减税降费政策，确保各项税费优惠直达基层、直达市场主体、直接惠企利民；继续依法依规组织税费收入， 坚决守住不收“过头税费”的底线，坚决打击虚开骗税的“假企业”“假出口”“假申报”，维护良好经济秩序，确保国家税收安全；继续深入推进税务系统“放管服”改革和办税缴费便利化改革，持续优化税收营商环境，不断提高纳税人、缴费人满意度，帮助市场主体实现更好发展。

会议要求，各级税务机关要认真履行全面从严治党主体责任，进一步强化政治机关意识教育，切实加强党建引领，团结带领广大税务干部继续发扬连续作战的优良作风，在圆满完成全年税收工作任务的同时，积极谋划“十四五”税收发展规划，为高质量推进新时代税收现代化厚植基础，更好服务经济社会发展大局。
