1、现金管理

1.1、现金科目设两个子目—货款户和费用户，具体核算见第二章。

1.2、出纳应保证库存现金的日清日结，月末应编制银行存款余额调整表，以保证银行日记账账实相符。货款现金必须送存银行，不准坐支。

1.3、库存现金定额核定为5000元，如有多余费用现金应该及时送存银行，保证现金安全。

1.4、会计应定期、不定期对库存现金进行监盘，每月至少监盘三次，编制“库存现金盘点表”；审核出纳编制的“银行余额调整表”，对未达事项进行落实。

2、银行存款管理

2.1、销售分公司资金实行收支两条线的原则。各销售分公司必须开设收支两个银行账户，即货款户和费用户；账户资料交股份公司财务部备案。货款账户只收不支，所有货款回笼到该账户；费用账户用于销售分公司的各项费用、税金等支出结算。
