优化营商环境：深入服务更“懂企” 户籍业务“网上办”

今年以来，武宣县税务局牢固树立“以纳税人为中心”的服务理念，以提升纳税人满意度和获得感为目标，在办税服务厅积极创新服务举措，通过办税服务软硬件双升级着力将办税“堵点”“断点”“痛点”“难点”转变成税务部门优质服务的“赞点”。

一是升级叫号系统，让取号等候更清晰。办税服务厅日前联系了服务商，在办税厅安装了三台大型显示器，左右两边用于显示等候的取号信息，中间一台用于播放税收宣传视频。一方面能让纳税人直观看到排队等候的信息，避免过号、忘号，另一方面让广大纳税人在等待办税的零散时间也能获知最新税费优惠政策。

二是开通代开审核绿色通道，让代开发票更便捷。为加快办税效率，减少拥堵情况，提高纳税人办税体验度，武宣县税务局办税服务厅针对代开发票开通了绿色通道服务，采取免填单的形式，即纳税人直接在电子税务局录好代开信息后不用排队取号即可到绿色通道进行审核，审核后即可到自助终端缴费打票，真正实现代开发票“最多跑一次”。

三是电税团队进驻，让纳税服务更高效。由征管部门统筹安排，从各业务股室挑选业务骨干，每日安排两名干部到办税厅值班，或指导纳税人在电子税务局办理业务或协助前台工作。该措施不断强化大厅服务力量，实现业务分流，保障办税服务厅政策咨询、技术运维等工作，并与大厅导税服务、领导值班制度形成联动，确保纳税人业务有人办、咨询有人答、疑难有人解。
