国家税务总局德惠市税务局纳税服务厅“新人”掀起税收互助服务新热潮

7月20日，国家税务总局大邑县税务局挂牌成立，标志着原大邑县国家税务局、大邑县地方税务局正式合并。县委常委、常务副县长罗四清参加挂牌仪式。

有效降低企业时间成本和人力成本

据悉，本次县国税局、地税局机构合并，是落实《中共中央关于深化党和国家机构改革的决定》《深化党和国家机构改革方案》《国务院机构改革方案》的重要举措，也是一项利国、利民、利企、利税的好事。对于国家而言，统一税务执法标准、共享税务信息，能有效提升税收征管能力，避免税收流失；对普通老百姓而言，征税机构删繁就简、征税成本降低，可以减轻纳税人负担；对企业而言，告别国税地税两头跑，能有效降低企业时间成本和人力成本。

为纳税人提供更加优质高效便利的服务

新成立的县税务局具体承担全县范围内各项税收、非税收入征管等职责，将有效降低征纳成本，理顺职责关系，提高征管效率，为纳税人提供更加优质高效便利的服务。

仪式上，罗四清希望县税务局领导班子和广大干部职工同心同德、齐心聚力推进各项工作，不断提升纳税人、缴费人的“获得感”和“幸福感”。县级有关部门要一如既往全力支持调整优化税务机构职能和资源配置。

为确保税务机构改革各项工作平稳推进，不断提升广大纳税人、缴费人的“获得感”，县税务局办税服务厅目前已实现“一厅通办”，12366纳税服务热线做到“一键咨询”，纳税人可在办税服务厅、网上办税系统统一办理涉税业务。
